By accessing anjanacare.in and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site.

2. Products and Pricing

• All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
• We reserve the right to limit quantities per order.
• Product images are representative; actual product appearance may vary slightly due to photography and screen settings.

3. Orders and Payment

• By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including stock availability, fraud suspicion, or errors in pricing.
• Accepted payment methods: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery.
• For COD orders, a handling charge of ₹30 applies.
• Payment must be completed at the time of ordering for prepaid orders.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Anjana Care is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• Free shipping applies on orders above ₹499 (Standard Delivery only).
• We currently ship only within India.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in original packaging.
• Opened products may be returned only if they caused an adverse reaction, subject to verification.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of return receipt.
• Shipping charges for returns are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective product.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on anjanacare.in — including text, graphics, logos, product names, images, and software — is the property of Anjana Organics Private Limited and is protected by Indian copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Anjana Care products are formulated with natural ingredients and are tested for safety. However, individual skin reactions vary. We recommend a patch test before full application. We are not responsible for adverse reactions in individuals with known allergies to listed ingredients.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anjana Organics Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or site.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
