Products
Yes, all our products are formulated to be gentle and suitable for normal, dry, oily, and combination skin. Our Gentle Face Wash and Sunscreen are tested by dermatologists and especially recommended for sensitive skin types. Always do a patch test if you're introducing any new product.
All Anjana Care products have a shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture (printed on the bottom of each product). Once opened, we recommend using within 12 months for best results. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Yes. All Anjana Care formulations are tested and approved by certified dermatologists in India. We are also cruelty-free certified by PETA India and use no animal-derived ingredients (fully vegan).
Orders & Shipping
Standard delivery takes 4–6 business days across India. Express delivery (1–2 days) is available for most metro cities. Same-day delivery is available in Delhi-NCR for orders placed before 12 PM. You'll receive tracking details via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping charge of ₹49 applies. Use coupon code FREESHIP on any order to get free shipping regardless of order value.
You can track your order on our Track Order page. Enter your Order ID (format: #AJC-2026-XXXXX) and your email address. You'll also receive shipping updates via email and SMS at every stage.
Yes, COD is available across most Indian PIN codes. A nominal handling charge of ₹30 applies. COD orders may take 1 extra business day to dispatch compared to prepaid orders.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy from the date of delivery. Products must be in unused condition with the original packaging. Open/used products can only be returned if they caused an allergic reaction (with proof). Reach out to us at hello@anjanacare.in to initiate a return.
Once we receive and verify the returned product, refunds are processed within 2–3 business days. The amount reflects in your original payment method within 5–7 business days depending on your bank. UPI refunds typically arrive within 24 hours.
Ingredients
Yes. All Anjana Care products are formulated with plant-based, naturally derived ingredients. We do not use parabens, sulfates, mineral oils, artificial fragrances, or synthetic dyes. Every ingredient is INCI listed on the product packaging and available on individual product pages.
